Patients/Applicants can choose Repayment Amount and Tenure during Loan Application Process.
  • Interest Rate: Patients/Applicants will pay zero-cost EMI / Low-Cost EMI depending on the hospital configuration.
  • Processing Fees: Minimal Processing Fee applicable for Loan applications and Patients/Applicants will pay the processing fees during 1st EMI Payment.
  • Down Payment: Depending on the Schemes selected the Patients/Applicants will pay a down payment.

  • Once Patients/Applicants Completes transaction, Hospital will receive Payment confirmation from the MyHealthFin Lending Partner with Delivery Order.
  • Post Patient treatment, Hospital team shares bill with MyHealthFin Lending Partner . The MyHealthFin Lending Partner validates the Bill and transfers the approved amount to the Hospital account.

Late Payment fees will be charged to the Patients/Applicants and also Patients/Applicants credit score will be impacted.

Based on the chosen MyHealthFin Lending partner, patient/applicants can reach out to the customer support teams directly for any queries or concerns.

There are no fees involved in integrating Healthcare Financing Services into the hospital's systems.

  • Once the Patients/Applicants completes the transaction in MyHealthFin Patients/Applicants Journey, the MyHealthFin Lending Partner will share the Primary Delivery Order to the hospital via Email.
  • Based on this Primary delivery order, the hospital will get the confirmation of the payment from MyHealthFin Lending Partner.
  • After completion of the treatment, the Hospital will share the final bill with the MyHealthFin Lending partner’s support team via Email.
  • The MyHealthFin Lending Partner confirms the Final Bill and settles the amount to the hospital account on T+1 Day.

  • If Hospital’s Final Bill Amount is Less than or equal to Delivery Order Amount shared by MyHealthFin, then the MyHealthFin lending partner will settle the amount to the Hospital on T+1Day.
  • If Hospital’s Final Bill Amount is higher than Delivery Order Amount shared b MyHealthFin then MyHealthFin Lending Partner will share new Delivery Order with Hospital via email by obtaining Patients/Applicants consent and MyHealthFin Lending Partner will settle amount with Hospital on T+1
